Ramen Kan at Chinatown

This restaurant at Sydney Chinatown specialise in Ramen, for people who don't know what ramen is. Ramen is a soy, miso, or seafood special noodle soup usually served with pork rashes, vegetables, fried onion, etc. I got invitation from 3 special friends, who are willing enough to ask me out for dinner after a tiring day from work.



The place is your typical bustling japanese restaurant during dinner time. There are about 6 groups ahead of us. We had to wait for about 10 minutes and we got our seat and the service was quick and efficient.



I ordered myself gyoja and ramen, which basically is a rice, gyoja and a miso soup based ramen. The soup base is a little bit too salty for my taste but they are succulent enough. The gyoja is friend and the filling is nice enough.



Melly got herself teriyaki udon and she says that " I can taste the MSG "

Lim later came and we got ourselves a small cake and hahahah I mean .. really small and mini. Mini everything but it's one of the best cake I have ever had
