First Post = Takeru Japanese Casual Dining
I would like to start this blog by saying that I'm really pleased, happy, and estathic to start this cause I've been in sydney for 4 years and I have the best food in my life. I see the need for me to document this and let everybody be informed about the good food around the area.
This will not be professional review that you would get in sydney morning herald weekend edition. It would be a simple perspective from a guy who loves to eat and appreciate a dining exprience.

ps. I'm still learning how to use my fuji finepix :P
First stop Takeru Japanese Casual Dining
A real nice and simple restaurant located at sussex street
We arrive there about 6:45 pm the area is bustling with energy a real busy restaurant, the staff was pretty helpful.
We had to wait for about 15 minutes to get our seat and we start off by ordering greean tea latte, real yummy it's a mixture of milk with green tea ice cream
We started the dinner with the good old agedashi tofu, a lightly battered tofu mixed with soy sauce
We ordered a rice cake pizza top with sweet teriyaki sauce and chicken with a little bit of sea weed
We got ourselves a cheese melted katsu chicken with tomato rice .. .. so nice >.<
This is the hamburg beef with some salad along with light teriyaki sauce served on top of a hot plate urmm .... :P ~
We share a plate of cheese katsu grilled salmon on a hot plate, the salmon is tender, juicy and you can taste the melted cheese
I had this amazing spahgetti with creamy sake salmon sauce, the blending of the taste you can really taste it.
Overall total damage is
$ 15 per head
Hope you enjoy this post ! Cheers ~
